I have reviewed the previous documentation regarding your complaint. I am content that the issues you raised in your previous contact with my predecessors, Cllr Philip Atkins and Cllr Alan White, were considered in full by the Monitoring Officer. I note that you declined to pursue the offer of an independent assessment. As the County Council Leader, I am unable to assist you any further as I am satisfied that your allegations have been given repeated consideration by the County Council and I have no reason to question the manner in which you have been treated.
